The depth and intensity of Moroccan landscapes etch indelible images in the memories of its inhabitants and visitors alike. Such images are so ingrained in the cultural identity of Morocco that we felt compelled to borrow from them so as to imbue our project with the city’s character.

The prestigious choice of locale along MOHAMMED VI Avenue is fitting for this new project’s many ambitions: the main attraction of the complex will be the BUDDHA BAR HOTEL and SPA covering approximately 12.000 m². Several apartment hotels and penthouse villas will also benefit from the hotel’s exclusive services.

Apartment owners will have the possibility of leaving their property’s lease management to the hotel supervisor, thus ensuring investment returns during their absence.
All co-owners will have access to the hotel’s facilities such as the spa, the conference hall and private screening room, the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, the restaurants, tea parlors, sports club and night club. Over 500 underground parking spaces will be made available for purchase or rental.

One of the project’s driving ideas is to draw our inspiration for the design of the green areas from one of the most emblematic elements of the Moroccan landscape: the wadi. Several streams will meander through the project’s vast indoor garden.

The compound’s outer walls stand among ochre-colored stones echoing the city’s typical colors, and numerous dark timber verandas. These verandas, made up of wooden slats, will shelter the terraces beneath from the sun. The facades will be livened up by bougainvilleas.
On the avenue side red marble will be predominant, affirming the image of the BUDDHA BAR HOTEL ET SPA.
