When in 2002 Sheikh MOHAMMED AL MAKTOUM authorized non-nationals to own real estate the local market boomed, and we were naturally eager to secure a foothold in it.
Always on the lookout for new opportunities to put our ideas into practice, we undertook in close partnership with Jean-Jacques ORY’s architect firm to fashion our own vision of what a cult hotel should be.
And thus the White Tower project was born.

This 50-storey ventilated tower will host a 5-star hotel and numerous apartments. Standing like a milky white monolith, this unique, opalescent and enamel-like structure will boldly affirm its identity, its minimalist and almost cold quality contrasting sharply with the surrounding heat and yet blending harmoniously with the simplicity of the desert. The teeming life inside this cocoon will transpire through a series of horizontal cursors, interstices wherein nest the residences, the life, and the hanging gardens evocative of the Gardens of Babylon.

The project will also host a SPA and a restaurant under license from LA MAISON BLANCHE from the Avenue Montaigne in Paris.
